What Memelex is. A free-to-play skill game where you pick memecoins and compete on how they perform over 24 hours. It is not a broker, exchange, bank or investment adviser, and nothing here is financial advice.
Free to play. Entering never costs money and nothing you can buy improves your chances of winning.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, and you are responsible for making sure taking part and receiving prizes is legal where you live. We may refuse or block players in some places.
Prizes. The prize pot is a fixed share of money Memelex has actually received, shown on the Proof page. Prizes are subject to the checks in the Rules (account and wallet requirements, fraud review) and may be delayed, held or cancelled if we suspect cheating, multiple accounts or abuse. Unclaimed prizes return to the pot.
Fair play. One person, one account. No bots, scripts, shared networks farming prizes, wallet farms or manipulating a coin's price to win. We may remove accounts and cancel winnings.
Coins and risk. Memecoins are extremely volatile and many go to zero. Our checks reduce obvious risks but cannot remove them. Sponsored coins are labelled and sponsorship never changes scoring. If you buy any coin anywhere, that is your own decision and risk.
Sponsors. Sponsor payments buy visibility only. They are non-refundable except where a coin is removed by our checks, in which case we refund the affected day.
Promoters. Promoters are independent. They earn commission only on real income received, are not employees, and may not make claims about earnings, guaranteed profit or returns. They must disclose that their posts are paid or affiliate promotion and follow the rules of the platform they post on. We may void commissions and ban accounts for spam, fake accounts, misleading claims or targeting minors.
Availability. The service is provided as is. We may change, pause or end it, and we are not liable for losses from downtime, data errors, price-feed errors or third-party services.
Changes. We may update these terms. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
